For example, if an eligible individual is to spend $24 (including GST)on DEWALT products during the Promotional Period, they will be eligible to receive twenty-four(24) entries into the draw. Individuals must then, visit www.guaranteedtough.com.au, follow theprompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including full name, emailaddress, mobile phone number, residential postcode, occupation, the amount spent onDEWALT products, the name of the retailer where the Qualifying Purchase was made) andthen upload the purchase receipt for their Qualifying Purchase and submit the fully completedonline entry form during the Promotional Period. One (1) online entry form must be submittedfor each transaction/purchase receipt;Orb) Hire any DEWALT product/machine from any Coates Hire retailer nationally during thePromotional Period. Individuals must then, visit www.guaranteedtough.com.au follow theprompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including full name, emailaddress, mobile phone number, residential postcode, occupation and the details of theDEWALT product/machines hired from Coates Hire) and then upload their Coates Hire invoiceand submit the fully completed online entry form during the Promotional Period. Individuals willbe awarded one (1) entry for each DEWALT product/machine hired from Coates Hire;Orc) Sign up to the DEWALT e-Newsletter by:a. Visiting www.guaranteedtough.com.au follow the prompts to the DEWALT eNewsletter landing page, input the requested details and submit the fully completedregistration form. By completing this step, individuals will receive one (1) entry into thedraw orb. For individuals submitting an entry in accordance with Clause 6 (a) and/or (b) above,sign up to the DEWALT e-Newsletter at the time of submitting their entry by way of acheck box.Individuals acknowledge that by signing up for the DEWALT e-Newsletter they agree to beadded to the DEWALT database and receive electronic communications from the Promoter inaccordance with clause 29.27. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) each entry must be submitted in accordancewith the entry requirements; and (b) only one (1) entry is permitted per person for signing up to theDEWALT e-Newsletter in accordance with clause 6. c. above.8. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. Cancelled Qualifying Transactions, cancelledpayments, any product (or hire) that is not fully paid for will not be eligible for this promotion.9. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s)/invoice(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretionof the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made duringthe Promotional Period prior to entry.10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including anentrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualifyany individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms andConditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconductcalculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may beaccepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stagedoes not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or othercompensation from such an offender are reserved.11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion,to determine the identity of the entrant.12. The draw will take place at Anisimoff Legal, Suite 5, Erina Plaza, 210 Central Coast Highway, ErinaNSW 2250 Australia at 11:00am AEDST on 20/01/2020 in the presence of an independent scrutineer.The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in order in case aninvalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing withintwo (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online atwww.guaranteedtough.com.au on 30/01/2020. In the event the winner is an SA resident, their name willalso be announced in The Advertiser on 30/01/2020.13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
