FINAL DRAW

All 6,723 prizes will be drawn on Friday, 4 June 2021. After each prize draw, the winner is recorded, and the ticket number is then excluded from any further prize draws.

GRAND PRIZE
The 2 Grand winners will each have the option of selecting either the Porter Davis home and land prize valued at $1,500,000 or $1,500,000 in gold bullion. Each Grand Prize winner will be given 48 hours from the time of notification to make their decisions.
Should a Grand Prize winner elect to take the Porter Davis home and land package prize they will receive (a) $1,450,000 in gold from Multiple Sclerosis Limited to spend on purchasing land and building a new Porter Davis home and (b) a Porter Davis discount voucher to the value of $50,000 in gold that Porter Davis will apply to the total build cost of the new Porter Davis home, (the “Porter Davis Voucher”). The Porter Davis Voucher can only be used by the prize winner towards purchasing a new home as part of the Porter Davis home and land package prize. Porter Davis is not in any way responsible for the provision, supply, cost or purchase of the land and the prize winner is entirely responsible for the selection and purchase of the land on which they would like to build their new Porter Davis home. The prize winners are not obliged to purchase land if they already have titled land upon which they would like to build their new Porter Davis home. The following conditions apply to the Porter Davis home and land package prize:
(a) The winner must enter into a new home build contract with Porter Davis by no later than 6 months from the date of the prize draw and the total cost of the new build contract must be no less than $750,000 including GST (the “New Home Build Contract”);
(b) The Porter Davis Voucher can only be used to the benefit of the prize winner in connection with the New Home Build Contract, cannot be assigned to the benefit of any other person and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit at contract; and;
(c) If the prize winner elects to purchase land as part of their prize upon which to build their new Porter Davis home, the maximum permitted contribution that can be used by the prize winner to purchase land (including GST and all associated costs, including but not limited to conveyancing and legal fees) shall be no more than 45% of the total prize value.

Holiday winners are required to book and take their trip within 12 months of the prize draws. Holiday prizes are non-transferrable. Holiday winners will not be permitted to travel during peak season. If the winner wishes to negotiate an alternative arrangement with Journeys by Design, this negotiation will be solely between the winner and Journeys by Design.
ENTERTAINMENT PRIZES
All prizes will be posted to the winners. Prizes must be accepted, as awarded, with no cash equivalents available.
